1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is provided by Let It Ride Sports LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and describes how the Company collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the operation and provision of the Purse mobile application and related services (the "Services" or "App").
The Services enable players to participate in fantasy golf contests by selecting 10 professional golfers and designating a contest winner. As part of our charitable mission, 50% of each entry fee and 50% of any prize winnings are irrevocably donated to nonprofits selected by players.
This Policy is integrated into and is expressly a part of the Terms of Service, to be interpreted in conjunction with such Terms. Any capitalized term not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms of Service.
By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of the terms, conditions, and practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. UPDATING THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Identity Verification (KYC): To comply with "Know Your Customer" regulations and verify your identity, we collect and process biometric information including face prints, selfies, photographs of government-issued identification (such as passports, driver's licenses, or state ID cards), and may record videos, photographs, and/or audio during verification processes. This information helps prevent fraud and verify your age and location.
Age Verification: Date of birth and government identification to confirm you are at least 18 years old and eligible to play.
Nonprofit Selection: Information about the nonprofit organization(s) of your choice to receive charitable donations from your entry fees and prize winnings.
Payment Information: Credit card details, debit card information, digital wallet information, and billing address for processing entry fees and prize distributions. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processors, and we do not store full credit card numbers in our systems.
Geolocation Data: Precise geolocation information to verify you are not accessing the Services from restricted jurisdictions. This includes location data collected through GPS, cellular network signals, and IP address analysis.
Customer Service Communications: Information you provide when contacting our support team, including survey responses, feedback, questions, and comments regarding the Services.
Contest Information: Your fantasy golf selections, designated contest winner, contest performance data, leaderboard standings, and contest history.
3.3 Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect certain information when you access and use the Services:
Device Information: Hardware model, device type, operating system name and version, mobile device identifiers (IDFA, Android Advertising ID), device settings, and device characteristics.

Usage and Log Information: Information about your activity on the Services including features accessed, contests entered, time and duration of use, search queries, pages visited, and interactions with other users or content.

Location Services: We may collect precise geolocation data through GPS, Bluetooth, and cellular network signals to enforce geographic restrictions on Services availability. Geolocation is essential for compliance with state gaming regulations.
Crash and Diagnostic Data: Error logs, crash reports, and diagnostic information that helps us troubleshoot technical issues and improve Service reliability.

4.1 Service-Based Usage

Account Management: Create and manage your user account, verify your identity and age, and maintain account security.
Contest Operations: Process your contest entries, track your fantasy golf selections and scores, calculate prizes, manage leaderboards, and display contest performance.
Prize Distribution: Process and distribute prize winnings, calculate and allocate the 50% charitable donation portion of prizes, and generate necessary tax documentation (1099-MISC forms).
Charitable Donation Processing: Facilitate irrevocable donations of 50% of entry fees and 50% of prize winnings to nonprofits selected by you.
Identity Verification: Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) activities and verify your identity, age, and eligibility to play using biometric and documentary information.
Geolocation Enforcement: Verify your location to prevent access from restricted jurisdictions (Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Maine, Montana, Nevada, and New York) and enforce state gaming regulations.
Payment Processing: Process entry fees, prize payments, and charitable donations through secure payment channels.
4.2 Legitimate Interest-Based Usage

Do Not Track:
While you may disable the usage of cookies through your browser settings, we do not currently respond to a "Do Not Track" signal in the HTTP header from your browser or mobile application due to the lack of industry standard on how to interpret that signal.

We may use the information we collect automatically to tailor features and content to you, to market to you, to provide you with offers or promotions, to run analytics, and to better understand user interaction with the Services.
Outside Sources:

9.1 Retention Periods by Category
Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for 7 years after account termination for legal and compliance purposes.
Payment Information: Retained for the period necessary to process transactions and maintain financial records, typically 7 years in accordance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Identity Verification Data (KYC): Retained for up to 3 years after your last interaction or as required by law for AML/KYC compliance.
Biometric Data: Retained by third-party providers per their policies and retained by us for up to 3 years after your last interaction or as required by law.

The Services are not available in the following restricted jurisdictions: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Maine, Montana, Nevada, and New York.

From third parties that interact with us in connection with the services we perform: We may work with third parties, including payment processors, identity verification providers, and geolocation service providers, to understand, customize, support, and market the services we provide and/or to comply with laws.
11.3.5 Use of Personal Data
We may use or disclose Personal Data we collect for one or more of the following business purposes as disclosed in our Privacy Policy:

Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the Personal Data we've collected about you during the past 12 months and information about our data collection practices.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Data.
Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Data (though we do not sell or share your data).
Right to Limit: You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive Personal Data.

11.3.9 Exercising Access and Deletion Rights
To exercise the access and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by contacting us at support@letitridesports.com.
Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Data. If you decide to use an authorized agent, please also include written permission that you have designated that agent to make this request, or proof of the agent's power of attorney. We may follow up with you to verify your identity before processing your authorized agent's request.
You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
11.3.10 Verifiable Consumer Request Information
In order for your consumer request to be verifiable, you must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Data or an authorized representative. You will need to provide:
Full name.
Date of birth.
Address.
Email address.
Confirmation whether you are a California consumer pursuant to CCPA.
Statement of what you would like to know (specific pieces of Personal Data or deletion of all Personal Data).
Identification that clearly shows your name, date of birth, and address (for example, passport or other photo identification).
A detailed description of your request that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
11.3.11 Response to Verifiable Consumer Requests
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Data if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Data relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Data provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt.
For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Data that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
11.3.12 Do Not Track Browser Setting
Some web browsers incorporate a Do Not Track ("DNT") feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Our website may not respond to DNT signals.
11.3.13 No Discrimination Policy
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, provide you lower quality services, or suggest that you will receive a different price or quality as a penalty for exercising your rights.
11.3.14 Updates to California Privacy Notice
This Notice may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Services or how the Services are regulated. We will notify you of changes by posting changes here, or by other appropriate means. Any Personal Data we collect is covered by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the data is collected. You will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
11.4 Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah Privacy Laws
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah have rights under their respective state privacy laws, including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA).

11.5 Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada residents have the right to direct us not to sell covered information about them to third parties. Currently, we do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. However, if we change this practice, we will establish a mechanism for Nevada residents to opt-out of such sales.
